ABOUT THE ARTIST

Charlie Deworken is a San Francisco based animator currently pursuing a BFA in Animation with a minor in Writing and Literature at California College of the Arts (CCA).

Charlie does most of his animation and illustration work in TVPaint, and has experience in Toon Boom, Maya, Procreate, and Adobe Software. Working primarily in 2D animation, storyboarding, and concept artworks; Charlie’s storytelling blends humor and warmth to create worlds that audiences can fall in love with.

For the past two years, Charlie has served as president of the 24 Frames Animation Club, where he has led events and workshops designed to strengthen community, collaboration, and creative growth within CCA’s animation program.
